5052 Aluminum Plate is Al-Mg Series alloy but 6061 aluminum plate is Al-Mg-Si Series alloy.
5052-H32 aluminum plate is superior Formability & Bendability and has higher elongation and is more ductile, making it easier to bend and form without cracking.
6061-T6 aluminum plate is far better Machinability . It machines cleanly and easily, producing small chips.
Aluminum 5052 has a smoother finish than 6061 Aluminum, although it is not heat-treatable. Aluminum 5052 has a higher fatigue strength and modulus of elasticity than Aluminum 6061, making it an excellent forming alloy.

6061 Aluminum Plate Manufacturer RAYIWELL MFG supply aluminum-silicon-magnesium alloy, strengthened by precipitation hardening. This alloy has medium strength, formability, weldability, machinability and corrosion resistance.

Aluminum Plate 6061 T6 temper has an ultimate tensile strength of at least 42,000 psi (290 MPa) and yield strength of at least 35,000 psi (241 MPa). In thicknesses of 0.250 inch (6.35 mm) or less, it has elongation of 8% or more; in thicker sections, it has elongation of 10%. T651 temper has similar mechanical properties.
