Aluminum Circle 1050" and "Aluminum Disc 1060" refer to round or disc-shaped products made from two different aluminum alloys, 1050 and 1060. Both aluminum alloys belong to the 1000 series of pure aluminum, but they have different chemistries Ingredients and Properties:

**1050 Aluminum Alloy**: This aluminum alloy typically contains a very high aluminum content (at least 99.5%) and may contain small amounts of iron and silicon. It is mainly used in applications requiring good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.

 **1060 Aluminum Alloy**: It is also a high-purity aluminum material with an aluminum content of close to 99.6% and a small amount of iron, silicon and other elements. 1060 aluminum alloy is widely used in deep drawing forming processes due to its good formability, such as manufacturing cans and other products that require deep drawing processes.

**Deep Drawing** refers to a metal forming process in which a metal sheet is gradually drawn into the desired shape through a series of dies. This process is particularly suitable for making thin-walled containers or complex-shaped parts. For aluminum rings or aluminum discs, the deep drawing process can effectively change the shape of the original flat sheet to adapt it to specific application needs.

We have Hot rolled and cold rolled aluminum circles. Usually, the thickness of hot rolled sheet is 6-8 mm. The minimum thickness is 2.5mm-3.0mm. The cold rolling mills can roll down to 0.5-4.5 mm. Advanced cold rolling mills can roll thin or thick foils with a thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm.

Cold rolling can produce products with precise dimensions, uniform thickness, good smoothness and surface gloss, good structural properties and high surface quality.

There are four main differences between hot-rolled and cold-rolled aluminum sheet:

1. Cold-rolled aluminum sheets are mostly used for molds, and hot-rolled aluminum sheets are suitable for stamping and drawing.

2. Hot-rolled aluminum plate has good surface quality, strong mechanical properties and ductility, and good oxidation effect. At the same time, the processed aluminum disc is generally processed from aluminum plate, which is naturally also affected by the performance of aluminum plate;

3. The hot-rolled billets are vertically cast into billets—heated—rolled into coils for cold rolling, while the cold-rolled billets are cast-rolled coils—continuous casting and continuous casting. rolling;

4. Cold rolling is processed by a casting machine into a cast roll (8mm thickness) and processed by a cold rolling machine, while hot rolling is heated by an aluminum ingot (400-500mm thickness), which is heated by a high temperature.
